Today’s
video notes:
- Animal domestication: raise the
animals themselves
- Goats and sheep were the first
animals to be domesticated
- beast of Burdon was the most
powerful machine
- Powerful animals were not native
to Guinea
- Carnivore- eats meat
- Herbivore- eats plants
- 14 animals that met all of the
requirements are goats, sheep, pigs, cows, horses, donkeys, bacterian
camels, Arabinan camels, water buffalo, llamas, reindeer, yaks, mithans,
baili cattle
- not one of those animals are in
Guinea, Australia, or Africa
- the llamas come from South America
- the other 13 are from Asia,
Europe, and North America
- cows, pigs, goats, and sheep are
from the middle east
- A place in the middle east is
known as the fertile crescent because of the fertile land and all of the
animals
- you need a productive community,
so you don’t have to worry about food
Basically, today we just
watched the same video and took notes on it like the last 2 times. I hope we
get a lot of snow tomorrow so I can go sledding for the first time this year
and I hope schools are cancelled.
